PRICE & PAYMENT:
We have all the rights to change our price range of any product at any time without notifying you. If you book your order before we change the price, you will pay for that product at previous price.
DELIVERY:
We try to deliver your product within same day in Karachi. But if you live out of Karachi such as in Lahore, Islamabad, Multan or any other city, it would take us 1 to 2 working days to deliver your product at your doorstep. But in case you do not receive your product on the agreed date, keep in mind that the delay wouldn’t be from our side. Such delays usually occur from the side of courier service.

EXCHANGE & RETURN:
In any condition you want to return or exchange your purchase products you may have all legal right to return your product within the 3 days without opening the seal of purchase products (original condition).
- We will refund you the money without any unnecessary deduction except the shipping fee.
- Opened seal product or used product is not acceptable in any condition.
- If you don’t like the taste or you are not satisfied with the product result you can’t return or exchange opened seal products.
CONCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order that you have placed online, you may do so within 12 hours of order placement or before you receive order confirmation email/phone call from us confirming your ordered items.
RETURNS – PROCEDURE:
You may directly call on our cell phone number if you want to return or exchange the products. We will guide you how to return the product and the procedure for your refund.
Make sure that the product seal isn’t opened or damaged in anyway whatsoever, and only then we will return you full amount without any deduction.
